John 13: 34-35
A new command I give you; love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples if you love one another.

EW Kenyon wrote “Love has never given birth to a pain. Love has never crushed or broken the tender flower of faith that grows in the heart of trust. Love is God unveiled. God is love. (I suggest his books for anyone who wants to know God)

John 14:1
Do not let your heart be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.

Are you a believer in Jesus Christ? Have you had your ups and downs, tests and trials like every other believer and have given your best to continue? Through all your years are you one who never turned your back on someone in need and have always been faithful to stand with and walk others through their trials?

Do you believe you are one who loves others as Christ loves you? God will never turn His back on you during times of test or trial. God will never betray you. He will always walk you through to deliverance and victory but you must not be the one to throw in the towel and then think the Lord failed you. Failure comes when you give up and throw in the towel. God never fails.

Being Christ like means you never turn your back on your brother or sister in their time of test and trial.

Galatians 6:2
Carry each other’s burdens, in this way you fulfill the law of Christ.

Have you ever found yourself in the greatest trial upon your life which was brought about by others and not by your own words or actions? Have you ever been a target of other people’s evil? How do you stand strong through such an ordeal?

When the bible says we shall reap what we sow that does not always mean we will reap in the place we have sowed or from those we have sown into. I have sowed much toward many. In my time of trial, I experienced a turning away from the very ones I sowed into. But God was faithful to me and Hs word never failed. I reaped from those unknown to me at the time. I was not aware that God was bringing people into my life to fill the gap where those already in my life were failing to be Christ-like on my behalf.

I had to withstand the greatest trials of my life so far. God promised He would not allow me to suffer more than I am able. I must tell you I am alive today through the faithfulness of God. There is no way in my own strength or ability that I could have survived the onslaught of trials that rose against me. It was not by my power, nor by my strength but only by the power of the spirit of our God that I am still alive.

God was faithful to fulfill His word to me. It was during this time that God reached out to draw His faithful ones to come into my life in order that I may begin to reap the love and care that I sowed in the spirit toward others. Since the love and care did not come through those who professed brethren-ship to me all these years, God made sure His word did not fall void.

Galatians 6:7-8
A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction. The one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

I have learned that all the love and care I have sown into others, I was really sowing into the spirit. In my time of trial it is by the spirit of God that I have reaped the love and care back unto me. Those who professed to be brethren and those who professed to be friends have failed in the commandment to love one another on my behalf. But God did not fail me in his commitment to fulfill His word that I will reap what I have sown.

You've sown love - you must reap love but not always from the one you think.
You've sown care - you must reap care but not always from the one you think.
You've sown honesty & truth - you must reap the same, but not always from those living and working with you. But truth must come on your behalf and it will.

God has honored me by bringing those into my life who are God’s ministers of love unto me. They have allowed God to manifest His faithfulness and love through their lives on my behalf. They have given me the strength and courage to continue to fulfill my call in Christ.

When you go through hard times, don’t look to the people around you, look to God.
When you go through hard times, don’t depend on those you know as your family, friends or co-workers. Depend on God, only He knows who is for you or against you and only He can bring the true brethren into your life who will stick closer than a brother in your hour of trial.
