Responsibility

1 Timothy 2:1-4
I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone – for kings (presidents) and all those in authority, that we may
live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
How many of us pray according to the instruction of the bible? Not many at all.
How do I know? Look at the condition of our country. Look at the condition of our schools. Look at the condition of our neighborhood.
I am thankful to be an American. I’m thankful for the Office of the President of the United States. I hear believers complaining about our president, our leaders and the condition of our country.
Who is responsible for our country? The believers are responsibility for our country. You cannot complain about the events in our country because you have not obeyed God’s word which delegated the establishment and support of our country to every believer through prayer.
Our president is a natural man, standing in an elected office that represents our country. Our leaders are natural men and woman, sitting in elected positions that represent our country. Our military are natural men and women who submit their lives for the defense, protection and continuation of our freedom in our country.
The body of Christ is made up of spiritual men and women responsible for the intercession on behalf of our president, our leaders, our military and our country.
The body of Christ is responsible to do the work of intercession through the spirit of prayer and God is responsible to hear our prayers in the spirit and move out into the natural through the lives of men and women elected to these appointed positions.
Why are ungodly men and women in authority over our country? Why are our Godly laws and constitution being replaced with ungodly rules and regulations?
Who is responsible?
The body of Christ is responsible and will be held accountable to the Lord God for not doing our part by first of all, before all other things; lifting up our voices daily for our president, our leaders and our military. Then and only then, should we bring our personal needs in prayer before God.
2nd Chronicles 7:14
If my people, who are called by my name (believers), will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, “THEN” will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
Who is responsible for our Country – it is you – the believers in Christ.
