Remain Steadfast

It takes integrity to recognize integrity. It takes integrity to appreciate integrity. Character reveals who a person is. I want you to hold something very close within your heart. You are very important.
 
Understand this; if a man or woman does not appreciate you, God always appreciates you. God is unconditional love and acceptance. God is also peace in your life.
 
Do not compromise in any area of your life. You deserve the best. Always do what is right within yourself, regardless of what other people do. This is called personal integrity.
 
God has placed you in a position of authority. You can either use your authority for good or for evil. Choose good every time no matter how much evil is around you.
 
1 Chronicles 28:20
Be strong and courageous and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all your work is finished. 
 
Don’t allow anything or anyone to drain your strength. Don’t allow anyone to plant a mental strain within your mind, it drains you and exhausts you. Once drained, discouragement will follow.
 
Matthew 7:20
You will recognize them by their fruit. (behavior)
It’s not what people say – it’s what they do – their behavior allows you to know what they are.
 
First Corinthians 4:2-5
It is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human. I do not even judge myself. My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me. Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait till the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of men and women’s hearts. At that time each will receive his praise from God.
 
Be wise for yourself in every area of life. How people behave is who they are within.
Jesus said, “You will know them by their fruit (behavior), not by what they tell you.
 
God sees within the heart of all people and knows what is best for you. In time, all things hidden in darkness will become known to you. Take notice of who is for you and who is against you but don’t allow it to affect you.
 
God has entrusted you with a position of authority. You have proven faithful in it.
Other people’s opinions or lack of appreciation cannot affect you.
God is with you and you receive your recognition from God.
 
You are valuable to God.
You are important to mankind.
Never forget the importance of yourself.
